HeatherHi! I remember you were working on your email sequence last week. How did that go? What can I help you with today?

The problem

You're great at what you do.

Marketing's the part that trips you up.

You open a blank caption and close it again. You'll post tomorrow.

Tomorrow comes. You're buried in client work, and the marketing goes right back on the back burner, where it's been living for weeks.

Half-finished graphics in Canva. An email you started three weeks ago. A list of content ideas you've never touched.

You help clients every single day. But your own marketing keeps getting pushed aside. Maybe you've even got a plan. You just can't seem to follow it. There's nobody helping you stay accountable to your dreams, nobody giving you feedback, nobody who knows your business well enough to help you get unstuck.

So you do the client work instead. Because at least that feels manageable.

What if the marketing just… got done?

Twice a week, my doors are open. You can show up to either or both calls with whatever's got you stuck and leave with clarity and a next step.

Some weeks, it's help with content. One member came in wondering how to repurpose a speech she'd given for someone else. She left with a plan to turn it into a blog post and a few emails. Within a week, an old client saw it, reached out, and signed up again.

But it's usually bigger. One week, it's "I've rewritten my offer four times, and I still can't explain it." The next is "I'm refreshing my whole brand, and I don't know where to start."

Maybe it's your strategy. Or you need help deciding what to stop doing. Sometimes it's just saying a goal out loud and having people who'll ask how it went.

And once in a while, you don't need an answer at all. You need a few people who've been there to listen while you think it through. One member calls it her marketing support group. I'll take that.

You get a space to process, make decisions, and stop spinning, so you walk away knowing exactly what you're doing next, instead of carrying it around for another three weeks.

That's what we do. Twice a week. People in your corner who know your name, your business, and what you're working toward.

Our schedule

A relaxed and productive pace

The Lab runs on a simple monthly rhythm, built for real life, not "always on."

Week onePlan & learn

Planning Party + Workshop

Monday, we map out the month and set goals you'll actually be held to. Wednesday, we go deeper on one thing together, including how to put AI to work for your marketing without it sounding like a robot.

The middle weeksCoach & co-work

Coaching & co-working

You bring what you're stuck on, get feedback and a next step, or just work quietly alongside the group and leave with something actually done.

The last weekRest

We rest. So we can come back fresh.

No calls. That's your time to catch up, get ahead, or just breathe.

Every call is Monday or Wednesday at 10:00 AM Central, and every one is recorded, so missing a week never means falling behind.

What's inside

Here's what you actually get

Two calls a week. A small group of people you trust, who care about you and your business. And a place to watch replays and find resources whenever you need them.

  • Two coaching calls a week

Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 AM Central, you show up and we get to work. Some calls are pure coaching: you bring what you're stuck on, and we talk it through. Some are workshops. Others are co-working, where we set a goal out loud and then actually do the work, side by side. You don't have to make it to both, or come every week, but the people who show up consistently are the ones whose marketing finally starts moving.

  • Monthly goals, with people who actually check in

At the Planning Party each month, you set a goal that matters. Then the coaching calls that follow are where we check on it. No more quietly letting the thing you meant to do slide into next month, and the month after that. Somebody's going to ask how it went, kindly.

  • A small group that actually knows you

I cap this group at 25 intentionally. You're not a face in a giant Facebook group where nobody remembers what you do. The people on these calls know your name, your business, and what you've been working on. And honestly? Some of the best help on any given call doesn't come from me. It comes from someone two steps ahead of you who solved the exact thing you're stuck on last month.

  • A home base to connect and access marketing resources

Every call is recorded and transcribed, with a summary posted in our members' area. Miss a Monday? You skim the recap in five minutes and you're caught up. You also get the full library (past replays, workshops, workbooks, and resources), so when you hit a wall, there's a good chance the thing you need is already there waiting for you.

  • A rest & reflect week, every month

One week a month, we don't meet. This is by design. Rest isn't the thing you do when the work is finished. It's part of how the work gets done. Peaceful marketing means building a rhythm you can actually sustain, and that includes a week to breathe. You'll come back to the next call with a clearer head, I promise.

A quick note: The Lab is coaching, not done-for-you. When something needs real hands-on tech work, I'll help you figure out what's actually wrong and point you in the right direction. I won't be logging in to your marketing tools and clicking the buttons for you. (If you want that kind of hands-on help, I sometimes take that on separately, just ask.)

You don't need more marketing advice. You need someone who helps you build momentum.

You can find a thousand free videos online telling you what to post. That's not your problem. Your problem is that none of it is about your business, your offer, your capacity, your wonderful expertise.

In the Lab, you get eyes on your actual work. Not generic tips. Not a peer group where everyone's just as stuck as you are. Real feedback from someone who's spent 25 years building marketing that works, and who's watched too many good people burn out trying to do all the things.

I'll tell you the truth. Gently, but I'll tell you. When something's working, I'll say so. When it's not, I'll show you where it's leaking and what to fix first. That's the part you can't get from another webinar or marketing course.

The proof: loyal members who are still engaged for 5 years and counting.

Is this you?

The Lab is for some people.
Honestly, not everyone.

The Lab is for you if…

  • You're a coach or service provider who's great at your actual work.
  • You know marketing matters, but it keeps ending up last on the list.
  • You don't want to hustle harder or post five times a day. You want a plan you can actually follow.
  • You want a few people in your corner while you do it.
  • You're ready to show up twice a week, even if "showing up" some weeks just means working quietly alongside the group.

It's probably not for you if…

  • You're looking for someone to run your marketing for you. That's done-for-you, and this is coaching.
  • You want a magic tactic that fills your calendar by Friday without any effort on your part.
  • You're not actually willing to carve out the time, in which case no membership on earth is going to help, and I'd rather tell you that now than take your money.
A common question

"Do I need the PeacefulBiz app to join?"

No. The Lab works with whatever tools you already love: your email platform, your planner, your favorite messy Google Doc. Bring what works for you.

PeacefulBiz is the home base I built to give coaches the one thing most tools don't: a single place to get organized and a smart assistant (her name's Bree) to help you strategize and write. A lot of Lab members use it, but it's a separate thing, and it's completely optional.

The app and the Lab are two separate subscriptions. You can join either one without the other, and come and go from each as your needs change, without ever losing access to the one you keep. No bundle to untangle, no all-or-nothing.

Heather Stephens
Hey there, I'm Heather

I'm on a mission to help you get clients in a way that feels good to you.

I've spent 25 years in this work, built hundreds of websites, and helped thousands of business owners get clients online. And here's the thing I learned the hard way: more marketing isn't the answer. Better systems are.

I found that out for real a couple of years ago, when life got hard and I basically stopped marketing for a while. My business held anyway, because I'd built things that kept working when I couldn't. That's what peaceful marketing actually means: not hustling harder, but building something that holds.

I started the Lab in 2021. Back then, it was just a few of us, figuring out websites and funnels together. Over the years, it's grown into marketing plans, strategy, planning parties, and eventually the twice-weekly coaching room it is now. And almost all of the original members, with some friendly new faces, are still here. Five years later, still showing up every week. You don't stay somewhere that long unless it's working.

I'm keeping this membership a small, intimate space, because I know how hard it is to get support in those huge groups. I want every member to feel seen, supported, and successful. And those who join the calls and do the work are. It's always easier to do hard things when we have friends encouraging us along the way.

Founding rate · 25 spots

Join the Peaceful Marketing Lab

I've sat in rooms like this that cost $2,500 a month. They were worth it, but a price like that shuts out the people I most want to help, and money stress is the opposite of peaceful. So I priced the Lab within reach, and built it to be worth far more than you pay.

I also keep this group small, 25 people max, so everyone gets support. There are spots open at the founding rate of $197/month, locked in for as long as you stay. Some members have been here five years and still pay the rate they locked in on day one. Once this group is full, the doors will close. The next time I open enrollment, the price will be $297.

Here's the math I'd want you to do, honestly: if showing up twice a week gets you to finally send the emails, finish the offer, and stop letting your marketing slide for months at a time, what's one new client worth to you? For most people in here, it's more than a year of membership. The Lab pays for itself the first time it gets you unstuck.

What happens when you join

When you join, you'll get a link to our members' area. Set up your login, and I'll personally welcome you in and unlock all the group spaces, usually the same day, with the call schedule, past replays, the workshops, and the full library waiting for you.

Heather Got questions?

Common questions

When are the calls?

Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM Central (with the occasional holiday or special exception). Come to one, come to both, or catch the replay. Every call is recorded.

How much time does this take?

Two calls a week, and you choose how many you make. Some people come to both every week. Some drop into one when they can and catch the replay for the other. There's no homework police. The rhythm is there to help you, not to become one more thing you're behind on.

What if I can't make the calls live?

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarized the same day. Plenty of members stay caught up mostly through the replays and summaries. You won't fall behind.

I've joined memberships before and never showed up. Why would this be different?

Because it's small, and we'll notice you. In a 25-person room, people know your name and what you're working on. That's a very different feeling than disappearing into a giant group. The accountability is real because the relationships are real.

I'm an introvert. Is this going to be a lot?

It's a small, warm group, not a high-pressure networking thing. I'll ask if there's anything you'd like help with, but you're always welcome to say no. You can show up, work quietly, and just listen on the days that's all you've got. Nobody's putting you on the spot. You don't have to perform here.

Will this work for my specific niche?

The whole point of getting real eyes on your business is that the advice fits you, not some generic template. Coaches, consultants, creatives, and service providers of all kinds have been through these rooms. We meet you where you are.

Do I have to commit to a long contract?

No. You can join monthly and stay one month or many; it's up to you. There's an annual option if you'd rather save, but you're never locked in.

$197 feels like a lot right now.

I hear that, especially when income isn't consistent yet. Here's the honest truth: staying stuck has a cost too, like the clients you don't book because the marketing never goes out. The Lab is built to fix exactly that. And it's the lowest it'll ever be right now at the founding rate. If it's genuinely not the season for it, that's okay. I'd rather you join when you're ready.

What's your refund policy?

Try the Peaceful Marketing Lab risk-free with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund period.

Join, come to the calls, use the tools, and if it's not the right fit, email me within 14 days for a full refund.

After that, there are no partial refunds for unused time. So if you decide to leave mid-month (or mid-year if you're on the yearly plan), you will continue to have access through your membership period, and you won't be charged again.

You can cancel your membership directly from our Stripe portal. The link is in your members' area.

Can I cancel?

Of course. You're welcome to leave at any time. There are no contracts, no guilt. You can manage your subscription and billing in our Stripe portal. This link is also in our members' area, or you can email me and I'll help.

You don't have to do this alone.

Twice a week. A small group of passionate business owners who get it. And that thing you've been dragging around for months, finally moving.
