PeacefulBiz uses artificial intelligence (AI) — including large language models powered by third-party providers — to help you plan, create, and organize your marketing. The AI assistant within the platform is called Bree. This page explains what our AI can and can't do, so you can use PeacefulBiz with clear expectations.

What our AI does

Bree helps you:

• Plan your month based on your real capacity, goals, and priorities
• Draft emails, blog posts, social content, video descriptions, and other marketing pieces
• Suggest ideas, outlines, and angles based on your business information
• Match your voice by learning from examples you provide
• Organize your ideas, assets, and relationships in one place

AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees

Everything Bree generates is a starting point, not a finished product. AI-generated content may be:

• Inaccurate. AI can produce factually incorrect information. Always verify numbers, dates, claims, and references before publishing.
• Incomplete. AI may miss nuances that are obvious to you as the human expert on your business and your audience.
• Unsuitable for your specific situation. AI doesn't know everything about your life, your clients, or your market at any given moment. You do.
• Similar to outputs for other users. We do our best to make Bree sound like you, but we can't guarantee that what's generated for you is unique to you.

You are always the final editor, approver, and publisher. The responsibility for what you send, post, or say in your marketing rests with you.

We don't guarantee business results

PeacefulBiz is a tool — not a promise. Your marketing outcomes depend on many factors we can't control, including the quality of your offer, the fit of your audience, market conditions, your execution, and your own consistency. We believe PeacefulBiz will make your marketing significantly easier and more effective. We don't guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or growth results.

Your data is not used to train AI models

This matters enough to say clearly: your business information, your voice samples, your content, and anything else you put into PeacefulBiz is not used to train AI models — not ours, not the underlying model provider's. Your conversations with Bree, the content you create, and the data you store are for your use only. See our Privacy Policy and Security Overview for full details.

When to double-check AI output

Always verify before publishing when the content involves:

• Specific statistics, dates, or quotes
• Legal, financial, or medical claims
• Information about specific people, companies, or products
• Technical details or instructions
• Anything you'd be embarrassed or liable for if it turned out to be wrong
